Nordicom A/S is a Danish real estate investment company that was established in 1989 and have been listed on the Copenhagen Stock exchange (OMX Nordic) since 1990. Historically Nordicom has had two activities: (i) Investing in and operating commercial properties on attractive locations outside of the core/prime segment, and (ii) project development, predominantly within the residential segment.

As a funder and a major shareholder in Nordicom A/S, Nordic Venture Partners have established particularly strong relations with the company’s management over the years.
